Our Scanning Process
At Reel Quick Film Lab we use a DSLR scanning setup as well as a Pakon F135+ to scan our film negatives.
DSLR for 120, b&w 35mm film and 35mm film scanned with borders.
Pakon f135+ for all color 35mm w/o borders
We offer 3 scanning options for all formats
Basic scans (included in the develop & scan option) - Best for posting online and smaller prints (1400x2200)
Enhanced Scans - Larger scans for better detail (1960x2900)
+$2 extra per 35mm roll
+$4 extra per 120 roll
Large Scans (Tiff Format) - Best for pictures where high quality is needed for printing or photography work (1900x2900)
+$5 extra per 35mm roll
+$7 extra per 120 roll

*Rush fees are on a business day schedule and only applied once payment has been received for order and not when film has been deposited at drop box*
2 day turn around - $10 extra per roll.
