Reel Quick's Order Process
1). Bring your film to one of our dropboxes
We have two dropboxes in Houston— one in East End at our headquarters, one in Midtown at WONDERLIKEWANDER, and one in the Heights at A Place in the Sun. We do not do mail-in orders; all orders must be dropped off at one of our dropboxes. Visit this page for more details about them.
2). Fill out the order form at the dropbox
Our dropboxes have a QR code on them that will take you to an online order form. You'll need to fill this out so that we can send you an invoice. Visit this page to see our service options. The order form is not accessible on our website, but you can preview it here.
3). Place your film in the dropbox
Our dropboxes will have plastic bags for you to place your film in. Write your first and last name and email on your order bag prior to putting it in the box. Be sure to zip the bag to make sure your film doesn't fall out!
4). Pay the invoice
Once we get your film from the dropbox, we will send an online invoice to the email you provided on your order form. Invoices are not sent instantly since we have to manually create them. Once you pay the invoice, your order will be complete within 5 business days*! Please do not contact us about your order status.
5). Your order is fulfilled
Orders with normal turnaround will be complete by the end of the 5th business day* after payment. If you selected "Dev/scan" or "Scan only", your files will be emailed to you through WeTransfer. If you selected "Develop only", we will email you when your negatives are ready to be picked up.
6). Pick up your negatives
If you selected "return negatives" on your order form, you will receive an email the Monday after your files are sent to you containing pickup information. We will not discard your negatives unless you specifically request that we do.
